With over 20+ years of experience, Chad Johnson has become a catalyst of the Maxwell Leadership Inc. global brand towards high performance and team leadership.

Chad carries 15+ years of C-Suite experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors and has led companies through seasons of exponential growth and economic change. Chad has led High Performing Sales and Marketing efforts for 20+ Years. For the past 9 years he has served as Chief of Staff for Maxwell Leadership Inc.

Chad has also launched a new leadership arm of the organization called High-Capacity Leaders (HCL). HCL is designed to create intimate exclusive invite only gatherings with successful and value aligned leaders in their 30’s and 40’s. The overall goal of the HCL community and gatherings is to impart legacy leadership wisdom, insight and growth opportunities so together we can make a significant difference. Chad has spent his lifetime looking for ways to serve, empower and encourage other leaders.
