For the past 30 years, John Warder has been coaching and training with teams and leaders to leverage their strengths for greater productivity, greater satisfaction, and reduced stress. He is a Certified Professional Coach and Trainer, a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and a CoreClarity trained facilitator.
Former ISU Quarterback, Captain and Most Valuable Player , and the same number as Brock Purdy. He is a long-time follower of Jesus and has spent his professional
life building into people's strengths and who God has created them to be. John has spoken to every Major League Baseball Team in the U.S. and a dozen National Football Teams.
His expertise is using a Strengths-Based Training and Coaching approach for individuals and Teams by using Clifton Strengths and CoreClarity assessments.
John has been a College Recruiter and HR professional, a non-profit fundraising development executive. He has also been a chaplain to the MN Vikings and Twins—and L.A. Rams, Dodgers, and Angels.
He also continues to enjoy being physically fit as a triathlete and long distance cyclist. John has lived with his wife and family for the past 40 years in the Minneapolis area. He has 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
